What to expect
Working with JJ is designed to create the conditions for clearer thinking and better decisions. Through careful listening and a few well-placed questions, complexity begins to settle and the real situation becomes easier to see. Conversations are open and thoughtful, with enough structure to help priorities, risks, and next steps come into focus. Once the situation is properly understood, a small number of simple actions often create meaningful progress.
Most conversations take place in person in Christchurch, New Zealand. I also work remotely with clients across the North Island and overseas. Sessions can take place in Spanish if preferred.

A three-hour working session for more complex situations. Useful when exploring a strategic decision, thinking through a partnership, or working through a difficult leadership challenge.

Strategic advisory
Short, precise input when something urgent or specialised arises. Often used for a second opinion, negotiation preparation, or reviewing an important decision.

Strategic projects
Defined scope for work that requires more than conversation alone. Examples include reviewing an operating model, selecting a partner or vendor, or supporting a significant strategic shift.

Ongoing partnership
A light advisory partnership for ongoing thinking and accountability. Regular conversations help leaders stay clear as decisions, risks, and opportunities evolve.
